I’m Ariana Jordan Maddox
I am a professional photographer and amateur joke-teller. Combining the two, I have a pretty fun time photographing people while they’re laughing at me.
That handsome fella next to me is my husband Drew (of Maddox Made Film). We are a team in all things, including this venture. He is my main videographer and go-to second shooter.
Ariana Jordan Photography is a dream 15 years in the making and growing every day.
Fun facts:
I love coffee, pizza, chocolate, houseplants, thrifting and anything vintage. Drew loves video games, collecting vinyl, and playing music.
We have a house full of critters: our dogs Charlie (pictured) and Luci, and our cats Iggy, Frankie, and Zoe.
It rained on our wedding day, so we have first-hand experience on what to do if it rains on yours.
We are located in Berea, Kentucky and service all of central Kentucky and beyond!
My Style
I specialize in weddings + portrait photography.
I create photos that are emotional, bold, rich, moody, romantic, whimsical, and fun.
My goal is for my clients to have an enjoyable experience. I take a laid-back, fun approach to capturing the moments. Rather than forced smiles, I want to capture uncontrollable laughter and joy. I use an “unposed” method to achieve stunning photographs that are fluid, natural, and flattering.
My ideal clients are those who march to the beat of their own drum, who love to laugh and have fun, and appreciate art and having something a little different.
I love working with nature and finding the beauty that’s all around me. My favorite moments are captured by being creative and doing anything out of the ordinary.
